Star Wars
Star Wars a new hope introduces us to one of the most menacing villains of all time and easily the most iconic you don’t have to know Star Wars to know Vader but then who tf doesn’t know Star Wars?
if you haven’t watched them I don’t trust you as a person.
This film initiated this franchise in the most incredible way putting an unbelievable depth and creatively original take on the hero’s journey and characters that partake in the journey creating an unbelievable sense of relatability, family, adoration and hope.
Having such different characters with different flaws and paths come together and find their purpose in the galaxy creates for an endlessly entertaining 2 hours backed with cinemas greatest score and cinemas most technologically groundbreaking world building that back then nobody knew what a pop culture sensation it would be nor how large this universe would become.
Star Wars as a franchise for me is the greatest piece of fiction to ever Grace the earth it’s my escape it’s my life I’ve got a love that digs so deep I’m the type of person to research endlessly to embed myself and become part of this universe.
There is nothing to say about this film except the utterly perfect beginner it is to an ever growing franchise whether that be in movies, show, games, novels or comics it’s vast and stunning and I’m so grateful to live a life where I can watch these films with a click of a few buttons and a few quid a month.
I’m rewatching these films in an order I came up with myself one that I haven’t given a name yet but I started with:
rogue one
Episode 4
Episode 5
Solo a Star Wars story
Episode 1
Episode 2
Clone wars movie (optional)
Episode 3
Episode 6
Episode 7
Episode 8
Episode 9
