Wow  Straight from the start kopfrkingl makes his statement by his dialogue that never seems to end he's constantly talking to what seems like us, himself anybody around him to art to every possible aspect within grasp he talks about endlessly its absolutely hypnotic especially with the quick, extreme close ups of faces squished areas that make you seem like you can't escape, constantly trapped in this bubble of (in kopfrkingls case) transcendence. Rinpoche /ˈrɪnpɒtʃeɪ/ noun a religious teacher held in high regard among Tibetan Buddhists (often used as an honorific title). This is a theme that is consistently brought up to remind us that this move is so much more than the rise of nazism and how their presences impacted lives, this theme is more used as a constant innuendo that kopfrkingl uses as a metaphor to freely talk about and rank up his position within his job that he has do e for so long he mixes the scenes of naked beauty and death as one thinking of them as equally beautiful concepts that he is obsessed with to the point he considers any involvement with either a savior of life and that anybody who doesn't understand the beauty of it and can't handle the sight of it is less than human/man and should be killed(saved) which we see grow into a full centre pathological concept as he grows further into his inner German blood becoming the perfect bringer of death(savior of life). Kopfrkingl fascination with death becomes more in depth as the movie goes on as does his transformation from subtle sociopath to pure psychopathic and psychological turmoil to transform him into a bringer and conquerer of death which is why he becomes so fascinated with becoming a nazi because they were cold blooded killing machines that didn't view life as a blessing and took without sorrow hence why kopfrkingl transforms himself into one of pure german blood than mixed German and Czech by destroying anything in his life that even shares the same bloodline as this seemingly Inferior plane of humanity. As the movie goes on he becomes the Rinpoche the one that is the highest rank one can reach when it comes to taking or in kopfrkingls POV saving lives especially when he comes across this new German plan for mass murder (if you know history you know what it'll be) and rather than be disgusted by this he welcomes it rejoices with it as a perfect new machine to speed his soul saving and Ash forming job that he has become so drawn to. And whilst all this slowly transpires we are watching his behaviour deteriorate constantly complimented by the erratic transitions and change in dialogue back with the constant conversation that as I've said already seemingly never ends its amazing you also see as he transitions into the culture of nazi Germany the women are all replaced by blonde women and the woman that is consistently shown in the movie is finally shown to be the last thing, pull and connection to kopfrkingls past and in the final scene is left behind in his dust as he severs his ties, becomes a pure German and transcends (what seems to be shown by the high angled camera shots) the physical human plain like he's above them and their harbinger of death or life saver.. I could write so much more but I will keep it here, this movie is fucking mind blowing and completely hypnotising with one of the greatest acting roles I've ever bared witness to with some of the most fantastic camera work in film to back up the drastic psychological disproportions that fill kopfrkingls mind, this movie is lightyears ahead of its time. as one of, if not the greatest movie(s) of all time not citizen kane and casablanca, this trumps them all a true masterpiece, truly incredible.
