Alien

You are... my Lucky Star... Genuinely so progressive for it's time like both women and the poc were the last 3 survivors (i know the 2 guys technically were just caught and not dead but I still count it) and both the twists at the end?? Perfection. Ash being revealed to be a villain was less surprising to me but the fact he was a synthetic?? Insane. And then the entire last 5-10 minutes on the space shuttle where the xenomorph is on there with Ripley?? Not only is the score chilling but it's also so suspenseful, even on a rewatch I was caught out on a couple jumpscares that I knew were coming. On my first watch I gave 4.5 but I genuinely think this is a 5 star film and im so happy I got to experience it in cinemas because I was so immersed into it's world and on the edge of my seat. Ugh I love this movie so much
