WALL·E

You could say that this film is simply the love story of two robots. One is supposed to clean up the planet that humans have destroyed, the other has the task of finding proof that life is possible on Earth again. And that's basically the whole plot. But Wall-E isn't such a great film because of the plot. It's brutal in showing us what our future might actually look like. It's great at capturing the essence of human stupidity and laziness. It has a beautiful score, lots of funny scenes and is beautifully animated. And yes, it's also a really sweet love story.
