“I am a star. I'm a star, I'm a star, I'm a star. I am a big, bright, shining star. That's right.“ Absolutely brilliant. One of the best soundtracks ever, up there for me with Goodfellas and Stand By Me in terms of my favourites. The performances are all great, the film is paced well and I found the story to be so engaging. The camerawork was also fantastic, especially the many tracking shots, which I thought worked so well. What an amazing film. edit: Writing this second part at almost 1am just a few hours after I watched this film and I just cannot stop thinking about this movie. Like I just want to watch it again immediately.
