Almost Famous

I really enjoyed this film and how they play with innocence and the reclaiming of power in youth but also that general overarching desire to be liked and part of something. The world of rock almost acts as a metaphor for society in which   bands are fighting for fame the same way we desperately do for popularity and as the title ‘almost’ reflects we are never truly at the so called top but this movie also captures how we should choose passion over belonging in such a beautiful way that you are too immersed in the characters to realise and it simply silently resonates with you
