Upping my rating to five stars. Boyfriend put this on way by past my bedtime bc he got the blu ray and it was even more astonishing than I remember. Fell asleep shortly before everyone gets their comeuppance but just needed to log to say this film has two of the most iconic women’s accessories known to cinema. Barbara Stanwyck’s “honey of an anklet” and those sunglasses she puts on over her wig. absolute artistry.
