wow! genuinely one of the mist beautiful movies ever both visually and story-wise. at the beginning when we sav travis in the desert his clothes just gave me this out of place feeling. then as the story kept progressing, we really felt like we were in hus role. we didn't basically any mire than what he could remember, so walt was not only telling it to travis but to the audience as well. i love the way hunter was behaved. he was just such a funny kid and you could see he's full of love. my favourite detail was when they were chasing jane in her red car, they were also both wearing red, showing they did belong together. the costume design overall was just so great. i'm also a huge fan of colored lights in a scene, like when travis was outside at nught and anne came in to tell him about the bank account and there was a red lamp to the side. it just gives the scene a dream-like look and it is absolutely my favourite. the dialog scene was just so beautiful as well. every word they said made me want to cry a little more. this movie is actually a love letter to cinema.
