Lets talk about it. If i could give this movie six stars I would. Truly i was debating whether i thought other movies topped this one, and then at the thought of rewatching I involuntarily and audibly yelled "HOLY FUCK, THIS MOVIE IS SO GOOD" and that little argument in my head was quelled. Upon rewatch im convinced no movie has, can, or ever will make me feel the way this movie makes me feel. This is what movies are about, the emotions it develops within you, the connection it makes to the audience. The score is comforting, the setting is a dream, the dialogue is thoughtful, the chemistry is ecstatic I mean it truly goes beyond perfection. Cate Blanchett truly is the standout in this, her acting is incredible, her slight movements, EVEN THE DAMN CADENCE IN HER VOICE and she is just an incredible human being. Truly TRULY a movie has never made me feel this way and i have no idea why THIS movie in particular grabs me in this way, but it's sickening the way it makes me feel and the way that warm almost undechipherable feeling lingers for hours afterwards, its a masterpiece, it's comforting, it's real, it's intimate, its the best fucking movie ever made, it's Carol
