HOLY SHITTTTTTT My mind is absolutely blown, how has it taken me this long to see this masterpiece. One of the most striking aspects of Ran that I found is its visual style. The landscapes Kurosawa uses brilliantly shows the scale of conflict and the emotional emptiness left behind by war. The film starts off slow, but definitely pays off later. Thank you Akira Kurosawa for making this masterpiece ❤️
