Demolition

Demolition was a magnificent film; Jake Gyllenhaal's performance was great as always. The way this movie paralleled Gyllenhaal's emotional journey of dismantling his psyche with his physical journey of dismantling things in his environment was really cool. The feeling of not knowing why something hasn't affected you is something i can relate to and seeing his journey of self discovery was inspiring. Gyllenhaal's relationship with the HR lady/Karen was very interesting and it provided a lot of insight into what/how Gyllenhaal was thinking. This movie is very underrated and i recommend it wholeheartedly.
