Chernobyl

Wow, truly a great miniseries. I wasn’t too familiar with anything related to Chernobyl before this show but wow what a whirlwind of events. The show delivers on all its emotional moments and continues to pull you into the story. The amount of suspense and tension present throughout is spectacular. The rapid ticking of the dosimeters, combined with muffled breathing and the stakes at hand all have you on the edge of your seat. I think if a show or movie is able to take a historical event and tell its story while keeping the viewers guessing, even though they know the outcome, it’s truly a good show. The tragedy of Chernobyl is not one to be overlooked and this show makes sure to deliver on every aspect of the truth while also making it wildly entertaining.
