rewatched for a friend, spoiler free This is one of those films which cannot be compared to anything else. It's simply so unique in every way, and it has the most interesting feel to it. This strong fuzz, and an almost cold warmth to it. Everything is so natural in the way that it is presented to us, almost giving us a student film feel, despite the distinct professionalism in how Dir. Wong Kar-wai uses the camera. He plays with perspective brilliantly, capturing multiple ideas from different angles, making you feel immersed in the moment. It has one of the best written love stories I've ever watched, and it's so flawless and I envy every moment. It just made me feel very happy after I watched it again, and like MAN I LOVE FILM!!!
