Before Sunset
Both characters are older and more mature yet still stuck in the same faults they are doomed to repeat. I think this is so much more enjoyable compared to "Before Sunrise" because of how less concerned each character seems with trying to impress the other or make things last between them. They're so so honest at times it hurts but still makes for a riveting film. The ending of the film is what sticks with me, Jesse pushes and comes up with new ways for him to spend more time with Celine. As she sings a song for him and they dance, the camera fades to black and it speaks to something I think the viewer knew all along - Jesse was never planning on making that flight, he was planning on staying with Celine.
