Sinners

Is this the coolest thing ever? I think this is the coolest thing ever. Sinners is a phenomenal movie, that showcases the versatility of Michael B. Jordan while bringing a compelling story with a meaningful message. Everyone brings their A-game to the screen, including Buddy Guy, who is here for some reason. The soundtrack is incredibly electrifying, in part thanks to Guy. There were a couple of moments that took me out of the movie, but other than that the movie was fantastic. If I don't see another movie in theaters this year, I will be satisfied that Sinners was the one. 10/10
