After Hours

this basically happened to me at my nightmare prom after party where i was stranded in my prom suit without a drop of alcohol in my system i enjoyed this film a lot and found it pretty funny. i liked how absurd it was, and how paul’s night got worse and worse. i had no idea what to expect with this film, and while the dialogue was pretty normal it had a kind of nightmare feel to it. if i had to compare this to any other film i’ve seen, i’d probably say wild at heart, as the main character runs into weird characters and has a really surreal feeling. i thought catherine o’hara was a standout in this film and thought her scenes with paul were hilarious. the ice cream truck scene came completely out of nowhere and was ridiculous
