this remains one of the scariest films ever that is not a horror. I don’t know why I feel such fear when I watch this but I just do. The cinematography is masterful, and the plot keeps me hooked for the entirety of its run-time. I just wish at least one question got answered at any point in the movie. I guess that’s a part of the mystique. I do love this though because even though I can’t grasp what it is, I feel the truth like hiding in my own head like it’s hiding in plain sight. Steven Yeun’s character is also played perfectly.
