Mandy

Despite all my rage I am still just Nicolas Cage Rewatch on Pluto TV at an Airbnb cuz that’s the only place it was available. Cannot believe the state of streaming, man. Ads every 5 minutes. (30+ minutes of ads injected into the viewing experience!!!!! Took it from 2 hours to around 2h40m!!!) Preposterous. Aside from that, this is, and will always be a masterpiece. Love you Mr. Cage, love you Ms. Riseborough. Linus Roache is enigmatic as hell. I love Bill Duke’s character. Prob my fave atmosphere of any film ever. Best score ever by Johann Johannsson (RIP). Mandy Love Theme is so beautiful—my favourite film theme of all time. Amazing colours, some chuckle-worthy gags, loads of blood. Some folks aren’t hip to this but you really gotta get lost in the slowness—float down the LSD river of terror. Get down with the campy camp. It’s 3 am, I’m faded#, this is the fourth time I’ve watched this, and I’m having a blast. Friends fell asleep tho I LOVE YOU MANDY 2018 Forever a fave. Watch it please. I’m really overdue for checking out Beyond The Black Rainbow. I should watch that this week… Okay goodnight guys
