Stalker (1979): The Sci-Fi Masterpiece That Killed Its Director.
Finally got to this movie and damn. Where do I start?
This movie has some of the best visuals for a movie ever. It reminds me heavily of Solaris and Nostalghia, which were both directed by the great Tarkovsky. Another perfect asset about this film is the camera work. DAMN! Andrei Tarkovsky can work a camera.
But I digress, I don’t like writing long reviews because I’d much rather yap in person about the film, so this is all you’re going to get out of me. 10/10 would recommend!!!
