“I think that was the best day of my life. Was it like that for you?” Holy shit.. this movie..  First off, it was SO refreshing to watch a new blockbuster movie that was 100% original. Original story, original soundtrack, even the actors for the most part aren’t the people you see in every single movie that you do these days. The way this movie was able to combine horror, culture, music, beautiful landscapes, history and so much more was absolutely incredible and is what made this movie feel so beautiful despite its violence. You can tell so much work and passion was put behind this movie from all of the historical research not only in setting details but also with the music. The I Lied to You scene literally gave me chills, the way it was able to showcase the power of music, the way music has not only the power of connection but also the ability to transcend time. Really praying this movie wins every award possible at the Golden Globes and Oscars 🙏🙏 I swear to god if mother fucking Golden from kpdh wins an award for best song, I will be suing someone because what the actual fuck..
