Moulin Rouge!

i literally had no idea where to look for about 60% of this film because there’s so much happening in every shot take a shot every time christian just started singing at someone. it took me a while to get on board with communicating through jumbled-up pop song lyrics but once you get past that, it’s a great time. ewan mcgregor can sing really well and its throwing me for a loop. nicole kidman is amazing as always no surprise there sheer cinematic insanity on a scale only baz luhrmann could comprehend and effectively execute the gun ricocheting off the eiffel tower was so camp i’m not explaining it
