Dreams

I cant believe how much i love this movie, i wasnt expecting to love it this much. Its so vibrant in some chapters and bleak in others, the 8 chapters are all different but they all complement each other in a way. My personal favourite is either the 2nd one about the Peach Blossoms or the last one about that one happy funeral, honorable mention to the Van Gogh one .What's crazy is that even Kurosawas dreams were thematically deep, the main character in each of them i think is supposed to be the same and just an observer to the dream but the dream is happening to him, its weird but I love it. The cinematography is extremely beautiful and I love how colorful the movie is, the music is also beautiful and memorable. Going into it I heard it was slow paced but it moved fast for me maybe because of how its split into 8 segments, I love the pacing.
