Dead Man's Wire

I’m biased because this gives major Dog Day Afternoon** vibes and I ADORE that film…but then you throw Bill Skarsgård in there too??? 5 stars. Bill Skarsgård is an insanely versatile actor and has become one of my favorites in recent years. This film only further hammered home my love for his work…I truly wish I could watch him in everything. I’m such a sucker for the gritty color grading in this as well as the 70’s music. I don’t know why but whenever film’s use this specific color grading and focus on the mid-late 1900’s I’m hooked… I’m also finding out I really like this blend of biographical true crime with a more dark comedic approach and actual news clips thrown in… ALSO, I need to know what they’re feeding the Skarsgårds…they could take over Hollywood with their amount of talent combined.
