I think the only two big flaw of this movie is the fact that, while obviously artistic choices, the concentration camp animation style does make it feel too slow to watch, and it's treatment about systematic opression is very cartoonish.
Otherwise, this is one of the animated movies who uses it's medium in such a perfect way, it's impossible to adapt it into something else, directly blending with the narrative and themes. It's not that they did a great on the voice acting, soundtrack, sound mixing, artstyle, animation and writing, which they did, of course, it's that all of those choice, together, is what makes this movie work, and it couldn't have ever worked otherwise.
