Just goes to show that queer sex comedies have been a thing for at least 400 years.

Pretty solid, although it plays it a little bit too safe in the last few minutes.

Some questionable storytelling decisions, some bad writing, some flat performances, some wonky editing, some immersion-breaking costumes and a lot of focussing issues, and yet Christopher Nolan manages to tell such a convincing and thrilling tale of a man wrecked with regret and the universal desire come home, only to realise that the world you knew has vanished.

Beautifully directed.
