dare i say the is the best movie i’ve watch about fatherhood? coopers decision is what i really like about the movie. the movie doesnt try to make his choice comfortable and it def doesnt feel heroic. the thing i like about the writing it lets us feel both sides feel extremely valid. cooper thinks what he is doing is the right thing for his kids and humanity, but murph thinks hes leaving for good, though neither is wrong.
the story can get confusing for some audiences, especially with all the scientific and space terms. and this movie is the kryptonite for people who has low attention span. if u stop paying attention u will definitely get lost. for me, the acting is the big reason interstellar can uphold its reputation for a good movie. if the performances were weak, the whole movie would just crumble into pieces.
overall i had so much fun!! my eyes are glued to the tv the whole time and this movie definitely deserves the spot it currently holds <3
