Absolutely loved this. Tom Cruise is incredible as Vincent. The dynamic between him and Max is easily the best part of the movie. I could’ve watched them talk for another hour. The acting is great, the dialogue is sharp, the soundtrack fits perfectly, and Michael Mann makes Los Angeles at night look absolutely beautiful. The club sequence is legendary and honestly one of the best action scenes I’ve ever seen. My only small complaint is that I found the ending a bit weaker than the rest of the film, but it didn’t take away from the experience at all. Really captivating from beginning to end. One of those movies that just reminds me why I love cinema.
