Arrival
The cinematography was out of this world. The aliens' and spaceships' sound and visual design was the cherry on the top. A very interesting view on One of the most important yet criminally underlooked topics in science fiction : language and communication between Interstellar beings. It's very breathtaking in dealing with that.
It's also good in showing how humans actually can't Cope with a peaceful species and It also shows the optimistic - yet utopic- Dream that a common language, a common basis could help humans connect and interlink.
Very great, but It begs the question? What will the aliens want in 3000 years from the future? Why couldn't Louise see It? Did She actually see It? Putting It shortly, i Need a sequel for this masterpiece.
