Sinners

this movie was definitely good in the way it showed how intrusion can destroy a space meant for black freedom and community that one white woman’ choice to enter that world out of curiosity and wanting to be part of an experience she could never truly understand ended up causing damage and leading to everyone’s death I liked how it shows sometimes u got to protect and gatekeeping Black spaces I also liked that Sammie survived even though most of the cast died and his decision to keep pursuing music after that traumatic experience was nice he still decided to keep the thing that held the community together regardless of the circumstances
