Frankenstein
I don't think I'll ever be able to stop watching this movie, thank you Guillermo del toro.
I love Oscar's performance, it's always good for every role he makes but he really made me hate him in this one, spectacular. every time he hurt the creature I got so sad honestly. regardless, I'm not sure what is was that affected me so much about this movie but I will watch it at least once or twice a month, hopefully for the rest of my life. I haven't read Frankenstein in a long time if I'll be honest but the way he portrayed the second entry made me feel the exact same way it did when I read the book. since it's been a long time I couldn't quite remember a lot of the things that happened in the book, some is up to interpretation I think but I feel like it was a allegory to child neglect. I haven't really read opinions online or spoken to anyone about this but im sure many feel the same way. the costumes in this movie mean everything to me, literally portrayed the story so well. I've been watching guillermo del toro's movies since I was very very little, I think he's one of the few people that understand how I feel, the way he brings life to these movies is perfect and I love it so much. I just needed to yap about how much I love this movie, I said a lot of nothing but I still love it so much I can't put into enough words.
