fujimoto might not be a manga genius, but what he makes up for in it is raw heart, creativity, and power.  - i love it when people interpret his work and do it justice- the symbolism and everything, so tight, so clean... it's amazing to see how he's blossomed as a creator- adaptation is wonderful, perfectly paced montages, beautiful animation and music please go watch this! it's only an hour!
