Cure

So effortlessly harrowing. Seemingly regular moments are transformed into chilling and blunt displays of horror that make the film feel unpredictable. The concoction of unsettling symbolism, psychological themes, and unexplained phenomena come together for the perfect display of human-centric horror. A cerebral experience that is wildly thought provoking and provides the viewer with so much room to run with as many of them as they please once the credits begin to roll.
