Dune: Part Two

*“*May thy knife, chip and shatter.” Dune: Part Two is a modern day masterpiece and a spectacle of its time. Denis Villeneuve directs this with such care and you can tell he is so passionate about this and every other film he has made. Timothée Chalamet is a powerhouse and you can tell he is going to be one of the next ‘movie stars’ we have in Hollywood. The rest of the ensemble cast: Zendaya, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Josh Brolin, Dave Bautista, Stellan Skarsgård, Rebecca Ferguson, Javier Bardem, Léa Seydoux and Christopher Walken are phenomenal and if the Oscars had the Best Casting Award for next year, Dune: Part Two would sweep easily. The visuals, sound and costuming are beautiful like the first and will sweep at the Oscars. This is something that should only been seen in theatres and on the biggest screen you can find to give it justice.
