The Suicide Squad

Easily the best film to come out of the failed DCEU which makes no fucking sense in hindsight, you’d expect them to do better with a fucking Superman film but no, James Gunn swoops in and shows them how to make a proper superhero film, we all know he’s going to do the exact same with Superman this week and I could not be more excited. Other than that, the ensemble in this is amazing, they all bounce off each other and interact so well, the score is very good, production design, costumes and the sets are colourful and beautiful to look at and the cinematography is sharp and every shot has a purpose. I would love a sequel but I don’t think it’s going to happen.
