tick, tick... BOOM!

Missed my annual rewatch date for this by a week, but it’s on 30/90 day so that makes up for it?  I just can’t not enjoy this film, Lin Manuel Miranda as much as some people may dislike him, he knows how to direct a musical and with his directorial debut with tick tick… Boom!, I cant wait to see what he tackles next, he gives certain sequences so much weight and for others keeps them incredibly simplistic letting the editing take control and it works phenomenally. Andrew Garfield my love, he should’ve won the Oscar for this, like I don’t care what anyone says but he is transcendent as Jonathan Larson and looking at old footage of him, they’re both a spitting image of each other. Also Jon Larsons birthday is the day after mine? Poser
