let me start out by saying excellent writing 10/10 and one random thing that bugged me was the lighting and color grading, i felt something was off idk, maybe its perfect though cause it just bright enough and just dull enough for ireland and maybe the off feeling is there cause all of europe feels off to me if the notebook is like a punch to the gut, this is blunt force trauma to the head anyways paul mescal, im completely on board now wowza, i was sorta indifferent and gladiator did not help that lol but omg i fell in love with him in this daisy edgar jones is equally admirable and if she did any less the show just wouldn’t have worked so bravo this whole series feels so loud at the start at least for me, and slowly cools down with moments in between where there may be silence on screen but your mind is running wild with all the drama until it gets closer till the end and you mature along with the relationship and realize it ain’t all about that and you start to get quiet and listen and wow its so good  let me close with saying that met gala photo is diabolical
