Spider-Man 2
Spider-Man 2 is my personal favourite Spider-Man film. What I love most about this film is how it portrays Peter Parker. It shows his struggles in such a human, relatable, and emotional way. My favourite scenes of this film are the interactions between Aunt May and Peter.
The film is about choices. Does Peter live up to his responsibility and continue to be Spider-man or does he make his life easier by leaving the superhero life behind. This dilemma is explored so well in this film. Also, the raindrops keep falling on my head montage is amazing.
Alfred Molina as Doc Ock is an incredible villain and I loved the horror direction Raimi infused into some of his scenes. Also, the action sequences especially the train sequence are all top notch.
The film also ends on such an exciting note and that final Harry Osborn tease as Green Goblin is electric.
