Superman

Such a special movie. With the newly released trailer/teaser for next year’s Superman film, my excitement and love for the character has been re-sparked.  A lot of people who know me, know me as someone who’s a hugeeeeeeee marvel fan but funnily enough when I was a little little kid (like 1-3 years old) I was a DC fan, and that all started with Superman. He is actuallyyyyyyy the coolest ever and this was my first gateway to see that coolness.  This is truly the gold standard for comic book films, for origin stories, etc etc. it does everything right at the first swing, the characters, the world building, the amount of heart it’s. But its greatest aspect is of course, Christopher Reeve. My entire life he has been MY Superman and still is to this very day. Such a wonderful performance both as Superman and Clark Kent.   The character will of course always live on, next year, the next ten years, the next twenty years, but it’ll always been an impossible task to reach the brilliance of this one.
