Inception
This was an entrancing watch, the scale of each dream state was mind-boggling. The idea of inception and entering dreams is complicated, but explained very well. The uniqueness of this film is what stood out to me the most, and felt refreshingly new, with clear effort behind each and every scene. Leo and Joseph Gordon-Levitt were phenomenal, and each and every cast member held their part. One of my favorite niche film concepts is the idea to directly tie in the opening scene to one of the ending scenes, and i thought it did so beautifully here. My only big disappointment in the film is I was able to guess a few of the "big" reveals well before they happened, and the ending as a whole was fairly predictable. I was able to look past this because of the enjoyment I had from watching this start to end.
