This is the first time I’ve watched this film in about five years, and it’s even better than I remember. It perfectly captures the truly devastating effects of obsession, showing how it impacts multiple characters in different ways throughout the film. Fincher masterfully maintains a subtle, eerie tone that sends chills down your spine and keeps you on edge from start to finish, making every scene feel essential and memorable. The atmosphere surrounding the Zodiac is deeply unsettling and disturbing—a truly incredible film with an outstanding cast. Who knew a flip of a light switch could be so terrifying?
