Absolute horror cinema. This shit oozes style for the entire runtime. Every shot done with care. Its so easy to see parallels in more modern horror as this film set the table for the feast that is horror. From the peephole shot to the classic music during kills this is so fucking good. Hitchcocks masterpiece for me. 400th on letterboxd and its so well deserving. I LOVED this. One of the best horror movies of all time and so influential. That ending scene with fourth wall break and stare is really as good as it gets. As with every hitchcock ive seen, the script is so tight and the dialogue done sooo well done. Fuck yes. ~“Shes harmless, why she wouldnt even hurt a fly”~
