Midnight Mass

I usually hate it when plays try to pretend to be movies or tv shows (ex. Marriage Story) but this really is a masterpiece. If the characters weren’t so perfectly performed this would probably be the most boring shit ever made due to the abundance of scenes only showing dudes standing around and talking. Mike Flanagan’s reliance on creating emotional and memorable characters also really helps with keeping me watching these so-called “horror” shows that really aren’t scary at all
