Spirited Away
It’s perfect. I recently saw a YouTube video saying this movie has a super strong dream like quality and a sense of childlike innocence and I 100000% agree. I think that’s what’s I’ve been trying to understand in all of my rewatches. I’ve always liked this movie but upon rewatch after rewatch I grew to love it, but I could never say why. It just feels unreal like it’s all a dream. It helps that all the characters are great and it’s all played out honestly and seriously, you get completely invested in Chihiro’s journey.
