Mickey 17

I didn’t expect to enjoy this film so much. I had heard some mixed reviews, but it truly surprised me. What captivated me was its rich philosophical undertones and the way it explored themes of humanity and humanism. I actually want to watch it again to better grasp everything it was trying to say. Robert Pattinson impressed me even more than he did in The Batman and I didn’t think that was possible. He delivered such a masterful performance that I could hardly believe Mickey 17 and Mickey 18 were played by the same actor. A brilliant, beautiful film. I think I’m already knowing my vote for the best film of 2025.
