Deadpool
It’s like being on a rollercoaster where the ride operator is cracking jokes, throwing chimichangas, and casually breaking the fourth wall while your seatbelt’s halfway undone. Wade is completely unfiltered, reckless, and ridiculous—and somehow still manages to be one of the most lovable characters out there.
What really hit me though was the story with Vanessa. Between the explosions and the constant sarcasm, there's this surprisingly real love story holding it all together. Their relationship isn’t perfect or overly romantic—it’s weird, kind of twisted, but honest. You can tell she’s the one thing Wade cares about more than being a walking punchbag in red spandex.
And then there’s Colossus, trying so hard to be the voice of reason while Wade’s out here turning every serious moment into a punchline. Their dynamic is hilarious, but also kind of sweet—like a giant metal dad trying to guide his fuck-up son after he did the worst job at raising the guy.
It’s insane how a movie this funny can also be so full of heart. You go in expecting nonstop jokes, and you get them—but somewhere in the middle of all the madness, it actually makes you feel something real.
