Shot Caller

This movie was brutal. We watch the unwrapping of a regular man as a mistake and is forced to survive because of the mistake. The turmoil of his life continues to the point of no return and a man who once was a stock broker became both more and nothing. It's thrilling. It is a overplayed view of prison but still shows the division of violent offender by race and how it effects their interaction. A man who through a few mistake loses everything and at the same time gains power a man in shoes could never sniff. Captivating well shot, acted and directed. Great movie
