Poor Things

happy international women’s day to me and bella baxter. this was excellent once again. my mom really wanted to watch it and i was pleased to find that it has incredible rewatchability. this has instantly become one of my favorite movies of all time. i love the characters, the performances, and every single design element. i know a vinyl of the soundtrack has just come out and i think i need it. the big thought i have after this rewatch is that emma stone is so good at playing a baby. if lily gladstone was not nominated this year i would say emma stone should take home the oscar for best actress, it’s probably the best performance of her career.
