Interstellar

The best thing movie theatres can do is re-release movies like this on a regular basis. This was my first time ever seeing this in theatres. IMAX. 2 hours and 49 minutes. My head is still vibrating from the sound. I’m pretty sure the whole theatre was shaking from the sound too. The visuals were some of the best I’ve ever seen and I hope to see it again before I settle down for the long nap. Cooper is such a good character. Some of my favorite lines: “We used to look up at the sky and wonder at our place in the stars. Now we just look down, and worry about our place in the dirt.” Epic: Cooper: CASE, get ready to match our spin with the retro thrusters. CASE: It's not possible. Cooper: No. It's necessary. Murph: “Nobody believed me, but I knew you'd come back. Cooper: How? Murph: ... Because my dad promised me.” This line cooked me. Sheer emotion Yeah the 5th dimension and everything can be confusing but after reading about it and why Kip Thorne & Nolan did everything it makes sense. Probably tied with Gladiator as one my favorite soundtracks by Hans Zimmer and I love how it ropes you into the movie, it’s so good. On a side note, I think it’s hilarious that Cooper could give two shits about his son Tom at the end😂
