Waitress

10/10 movie. It's so dreamy and pensive, every character fulfills a niche and executes their role perfectly, the pacing is perfect the colors are gorgeous. It's not some big grand spectacle, it's a small story in a small town and it doesn't even really take a side on whether an affair is wrong, just takes a very matter-of-fact stance: this is what happens, this is how it feels, this is what can result from it. It leaves off on somewhat of an unrealistically happy ending, but I'm the type to lap that shit up so brava!
