“i’m the dying guy!”
”i’m the other guy!”sobs hysterically
i wasn’t expecting this movie to be as emotionally demanding as it was but... here i am... crying like a little bitch. i think what made it so emotional was this realistic script and portrayal of friendship. mumbles, sitting in comfortable silence, knowing each other inside and out, everything... everything felt real. probably a tactic to make you identify your own friendships into their dynamic. honestly? it worked. i thought of me and my own friends in this situation especially due to (tw : suicidal) my own suicidal ideations i always fear this idea of death but not always the death but rather the being alone or a person not understanding how much they mean to me even if i am leaving them.
i cannot express the way this movie made me feel to the extent it made me feel. watching the hardest parts of their experience with being the guy who is dying and being the guy that has to see their friend decay into something they cannot control is painful. so fucking painful.
